What is the Ātahu guarantee and return policy?
We stand by our products, our systems, our ethics, our magic. We work hard to ensure what you receive is as close to our creation as possible. But in the event that something has gone wrong, if you’re not happy with your Ātahu, we will always do our best to support you. We want you to love your Ātahu healing journey as much as we love creating and crafting them. So if there are ever any issues with your order, delivery, products etc, please reach out to our team for a quick and easy resolution to your specific situation. More than we want a sale today, we want a happy customer in you tomorrow. We trust our customers to come to us when needed so we can work together to fix any mistakes made. How do I get a refund?
Simply fill out the contact from with your order number and details of your refund and we will get in touch with you asap. We will always endeavour to make the return procedure as easy and hassle free as possible! Please be sure that your contact details are correctly entered in the form.
Are Ātahu oils high quality, therapeutic grade?
YES! Our oils are 100% therapeutic grade and of the highest quality. Try them for yourself and you’ll immediately notice the difference!
Where do you source Ātahu oils?
We source our individual oils from both Australia and Overseas. Those that can be sourced locally, are, but we also factor in accessibility, availability, quality and cost before deciding on our suppliers. We do however only use highly reputable and high quality suppliers for all of our oils. We use exclusively 100% natural and pure therapeutic grade concentrates in our blends, ensuring the cleanest oils, of the highest vibration, so we only engage with suppliers that support our vision and intention.

This is something better experienced than asked and answered, but we will do our best. Ātahu oils aren’t just your usual essential oil blends. They are intentional, powerful, diagnostic, engaging and deeply supportive along your healing journey. Some of them help bring to the surface the very thing you need, some of them hold your hand while you’re getting your ass kicked, all of them love you fiercely exactly where you are at. The oil I want is waitlisted/ out of stock. How long will I have to wait?
This depends on where we are in the lunar cycle, whether you added yourself to the waitlist and precisely when! Every one of our master oils are created under the new moon, our completed blends are individually charged under the full moon. So when we sell out mid cycle, we also have to patiently wait for the perfect moment. Waitlisted oils usually take between 15 and 45 days to come back into stock, but the quickest way to secure one before they next sell out, is to add your name to the waitlist for that oil. If you are already purchasing other products and would like to purchase a waitlisted oil alongside, you are free to add it to your cart and checkout. You will be automatically added to the guaranteed list when the next batch is ready for release and it will be posted to you free of charge when it is ready!
Are Ātahu Oils organic?
No, Ātahu oil blends are not certified organic. Though we do endeavour to source the highest quality ingredients, they are not always certified organic.
Are oils safe to ingest?
Some oils are and most are not. We do not recommend ingesting ANY Ātahu blends and we encourage you to research before ingesting any essential oils at all. Some oils have immense healing and antibacterial properties. And some oils cause significant harm if ingested or used undiluted. We include a comprehensive safety guide on our website that you can find here, but we also encourage you to do your own research or seek medical advice before using any essential oils internally.

What essential oils are used in the Ātahu blends?
The full ingredient list for every Ātahu blend and product can be found on the product listing page here. If you have serious allergies, please be advised that our products are handcrafted in a small studio and whilst every care is taken, cross contamination between oils from other blends is always a possibility.
How much is shipping?
Postage and handling is a flat $10 Australia wide.
How long will my order take to reach me?
We are on the ‘Australia Post’ clock here. We are as hopeful as you! 🙂 For most, 3-7 business days. For the unfortunate, please allow an extra couple days wiggle in case it’s a little delayed and then reach out! As in all things, trust to divine timing, your Ātahu will arrive at the perfect moment x
What carrier oil is used and/or recommended?
Due to being the lowest allergen risk, in any of our products that contain carrier oil, we use a high-quality fractionated coconut oil. You can use the same, or almost any natural oil that you prefer, coconut, almond, rosehip, jojoba etc

Are essential oils safe?
Each different oil has its own list of risks or precautions. We have created a comprehensive safety guide here on our website but we encourage you to always research the specific oil you are using and the intended use. Some oils are not safe to be ingested, used undiluted, used on children or around pets. Some oils are photogenic and are impacted by sunlight, some can react with certain medications or illnesses and others are not safe to be used in diffusers. Essential oils, when used correctly, can also be incredibly safe and a beautiful addition to your healing journey, so please always do your own research and use all products safely, carefully and with intention.
