Dream Work Oil – Personal Roller
For the nights where your body is snuggled up safe in your bed, but your spirit is off dancing in far off spaces in the universe. This oil both assists the lift to send you off to your desired astral or dream space, while also reminding the body to stay ready for your re-entrance and leaving the faintest vibrational trail to follow back home. Set your intention before bed, incorporating this oil into the process, meditate and decide where you’re trying to go, what dreams are you wanting, what questions do you want guidance for, what healing are you seeking? Hot tip– Set yourself up with a notebook beside your bed -particularly if this is a new practice for you- and jot down what you remember of your dreams, even if all you bring back is “I felt warm and saw blue” write it down and keep writing it down, notice how you will start to bring back more and more doing this dream work.
Warning– dream work is still work, take caution and set your own protection and/or discernment processes when dream travelling, make sure if you’re a regular dream walker, that you take some nights off your work to sleep deeply. It’s important as in all things to find the balance. You are not JUST a human, but you are still human and need to be a human in this world too.

Roller- Made to glide lovingly onto the body, start with your wrists, ankles and move in gentle circles intuitively from there. Anoint yourself, your third eye/crown area. If you do sigil work, use the roller to draw aligned sigils on your body prior to your dream work sessions.
